How to use SHELFRUNNER:

Simply pop in your variables on the Dashboard, then add the details of your collections into the Collections page.  SHELFRUNNER can support up to 100 consecutive collections, but remember to expand columns C-L if you add more than 10.

On the Floorplan tab, just drag and drop the shelving bays to match your own library layout. 1,000 bays are provided for your entertainment. It's important to arrange your bays in the correct order if you want your library to function well (the spare bay in AA2 follows on from the bay in P2).

Use conditional formatting to choose the colours you want to use to represent your collections. For best results, select everything in the sheet before editing the formatting rules.

If you're lucky enough to have a total collection that is smaller than your shelving area, you can expand your books across all your bays using the Yes/No toggle on the Dashboard. If you're unlucky enough to have more books than space, the "Collection Size" indicator will turn red to warn you of a need to weed!
